Refund, cancellation, and no-show policy
FanLine paid call prices are shown before you call or book. Paid call billing starts after the call reaches a stable connection and the in-call timer starts. Completed paid calls bill in whole minutes, rounded down, with a one-minute minimum once connected.
No-answer calls, failed calls, and calls that never fully connect are not charged, and reserved wallet funds are released. Canceling a booking releases any reserved call funds where no completed paid call occurred.
Paid message unlock prices are shown before unlock. Locked video message unlocks use the creator-set price, and locked text message unlocks are 50% of the creator's video message price.
Refunds and disputes are reviewed using available call metadata, timestamps, connection status, payment records, reports, and fraud signals. Unused wallet balance refund requests may be reviewed and, when approved, returned to the original payment method less applicable processing fees.
