Delete your FanLine account

You can delete your account in the FanLine app or request help from support.

Delete inside the app

Open FanLine and go to Profile > Edit Profile > Delete profile, then confirm deletion when prompted.

Request deletion through support

Email support@joinfanline.com from the email address associated with your FanLine account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted or anonymized

FanLine deletes or anonymizes the account, profile details, profile media, unpaid direct message footprint, notifications, reviews, ratings, availability reminders, verification sessions, and related profile records. Open bookings are canceled and eligible reserved call funds are released.

What may be retained

FanLine may retain or preserve paid unlock records, transaction records, fraud-prevention records, tax and accounting records, dispute and chargeback records, safety enforcement records, legal compliance records, and backups where needed or permitted by law.
